The website is brought to you by Tandartsenpraktijk Fletterman. The use of the website, and all services provided by Dental Practice Fletterman through the website, is subject to the terms and conditions below. By using the website, you agree to them.
Article 1. Use of the website
1.1
If the website offers an extra secure environment, you must first register in order to use all the functionalities of the website. After your registration has been completed and your account has been approved, if necessary, by Dentist Practice Fletterman, you can log in to your account immediately and fully use the services offered.
1.2
If you have an account, you must protect access to your account from unauthorized persons by means of the username and password. In particular, you must keep the password strictly confidential. Tandartsenpraktijk Fletterman may assume that everything that happens from your account after logging in with your user name and password is under your control and supervision. You are therefore liable for all such actions, unless you have reported to Tandartsenpraktijk Fletterman that another person knows your password.

If necessary for the service you have requested, Dental Practice Fletterman may ask you for additional identifying information before providing the requested service.

Dental Practice Fletterman reserves the right to refuse registrations without reason.

Article 2. Rules of use
2.1
It is prohibited to use the website for actions and/or conduct that violate Dutch or other applicable laws and regulations or public order and morality.
2.2
If Tandartsenpraktijk Fletterman determines that you are violating the above terms and conditions, or receives a complaint about it, it will warn you. If this does not result in an acceptable resolution, Dental Practice Fletterman may take its own action to end the violation. In urgent or serious cases, Dental Practice Fletterman may intervene without warning.
2.3
If in the opinion of Tandartsenpraktijk Fletterman hindrance, damage or other danger to the functioning of the computer systems or the network of Tandartsenpraktijk Fletterman or third parties and/or of the provision of services via the Internet, in particular by excessive sending of e-mail or other data, leaks of personal data or activities of viruses, Trojans and similar software, Tandartsenpraktijk Fletterman is entitled to take all measures it reasonably considers necessary to avert or prevent this danger.
2.4
Tandartsenpraktijk Fletterman is at all times entitled to report detected criminal offenses. Furthermore, Tandartsenpraktijk Fletterman is entitled to provide your name, address, IP address and other identifying information to a third party who complains that you are infringing its rights or these Terms of Use, provided that the accuracy of that complaint is sufficiently plausible in all reasonableness, there is no other way to obtain this information and the third party has a clear interest in providing the information.
2.5
Dental Practice Fletterman reserves the right to recover from you any damages resulting from violations of these Terms of Use.
Article 3. Availability and maintenance
3.1
Dental Practice Fletterman actively maintains the website. If maintenance is expected to limit availability, Dental Practice Fletterman will perform it when the number of visitors is relatively low. Maintenance due to emergencies may occur at any time.
3.2
Dental Practice Fletterman may from time to time modify the website and the functionalities on the website.
Article 4. Intellectual Property
4.1
The website, related software as well as all information and images on the website are the intellectual property of Tandartsenpraktijk Fletterman or its licensors. These may in no way be copied or used without separate written permission of Tandartsenpraktijk Fletterman, except in the cases where this is legally permitted.
Article 5. Duration and termination
5.1
Once you create an account, you enter into an agreement with Tandartsenpraktijk Fletterman. This agreement is valid indefinitely and gives you the right to use the services on the website subject to these terms of use.
5.2
You may terminate the agreement at any time with immediate effect by notifying Tandartsenpraktijk Fletterman by e-mail.
5.3
Dental Practice Fletterman is entitled to terminate the agreement if you have not used your account for eighteen months. It will in that case first send a reminder email to the email address associated with your account.
Article 6. Changes in prices and conditions
6.1
Dental Practice Fletterman may amend these terms and conditions at any time.
6.2
Dental practice Fletterman will announce changes or additions to these terms of use at least fourteen days before they take effect via the website so that you can take note of them. Changes of minor importance will take effect without notice.
6.3
If you do not wish to accept an amendment or supplement, you may cancel the agreement until the date of entry into force. Use of the website after the effective date shall constitute acceptance of the amended or supplemented terms and conditions.
Article 7. Other provisions
7.1
These terms of use are governed by Dutch law.
7.2
To the extent not otherwise prescribed by the rules of mandatory law, all disputes related to the website will be submitted to the competent Dutch court for the district in which Tandartsenpraktijk Fletterman is located.
7.3

7.4
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the Terms of Use as a whole. In this case, the parties will determine (a) new provision(s) to replace it(them), with which the intention of the original provision is given shape as much as is legally possible.
7.5
Tandartsenpraktijk Fletterman is entitled to transfer its rights and obligations under the agreement to a third party who takes over the website or the relevant business activity from it.
7.6
Deviations from these Terms of Use shall only be binding if accepted in writing by Dental Practice Fletterman.
